Refund policy

Perfumes are tricky because they are personal care items. Most Pakistani brands allow exchanges only if the product is damaged or if a "tester" was included.

Our Commitment: We want you to love your scent. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility: Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the cellophane seal intact (if applicable).

    • Due to hygiene and safety standards, used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

       

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If the bottle is leaked, broken, or the wrong scent was sent, please send a photo/video to [WhatsApp Number/Email] immediately. We will arrange a free replacement.

  • Refunds: We typically offer Store Credit (Vouchers) for returns. If a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 7 working days.

  • Non-Returnable: Sale items and "Discovery/Tester Sets" are final sale.
